Creative Mullum’s (CM’s) Vision is to produce a creative platform for cross-cultural expression linking local and Australian/ International artists and the Mullumbimby community on topics of contemporary concern, including Indigenous knowledge, environmental resilience, inequality and wellbeing.

The Creative Mullum Artist Residency Program was launched in October 2023, open to all artists from near and afar who work in 3D.

Four paid residencies were offered in the Byron Shire for three weeks in September - October 2023, hosted by local artists and patrons.

The four inaugural participating artists were Zachary Frankel, Norton Fredericks, Hyijung Lee and Verity Nunan.

Creative Mullum’s AiR24 residency program is now be open to artists across all artforms.
